1951 Model 64 30-30 with engaving pattern #10 information |Winchester Rifles|Forum|Winchester Collector

I am looking at a 1950 Winchester model 64 with what appears to me a pattern #10 engraving.

Few questions :

Is there a positive way to tell if engraving is factory Winchester?

If it is NOT, what does the engraving do to the value of the rifle? ( Rifle is at least 90%)

If the engraving is factory , what does it add to the value of the gun?
