OfflineThis is the first I’ve ever seen. How rare are these with the take-down feature? Looks like a pretty good buy if someone hadn’t put the two extra holes in the top tang.

Thus far I have surveyed 2,090 First and Second variation Winder Muskets, and of that number, 253 of them are Take Downs. Based on the numbers this far, I suspect that approximately 2,000 Take Down Winder Muskets were made.
