There are multiple answers to that question… Maybe, No, and Yes all fit the bill.

The first thing to understand, is that there were three distinctly different variations (categories) of the low-wall receiver frame.

1st variation – serial range 2000 – 18000.  This is the “Maybe” category

2nd variation – serial range 17000 – 121000.  This is the “No” category

3rd variation – serial range 119000 – 139900.  This is the “Yes” category

The 2nd variation was by a large margin the most common low-wall type.
