Is it possible to find out where an original 1860s henry rifle was purchased based on the serial number? Would there still be records somewhere?

The only thing we know is what year the gun was made. Give us the entire serial number or use the Resources tab on the Home page. The Henry is the last model option on the list. There are 3 books on the Henry and there is a very slim chance that your serial number may be listed.
