Michael,

I just acquired a real nice model 1892: semi deluxe, “I” checkering, pistol grip, octagon barrel, full mag, crescent butt, 32 wcf. serial number 147842.

Everything letters even lyman front and rear sights. Here are some pictures:::

The Lyman tang sight is missing, and as you can see, it looks as though it was never on the gun. Do you know where I can acquire a proper Lyman tang sight for this?

That is a beautiful rifle.  The 1892 is a very hard one to find in a deluxe.
