Hello Don,I did not have it listed… but I do now. It is the 25th verified Fake. I sent the seller a message informing him that it is not an authentic Spruce Gun.

Any response from seller? In the early days of ebay, I often tried to “educate” sellers of falsely described sights & scopes; an exercise in futility I gave up yrs ago, as the few who bothered to reply usually claimed a local “expert” was the source of their info.
Hi Bert,
Here’s another from the same seller. This one look legit?

It does, and it is in the correct S/N range for the “J.C. ’17” marking. It is very unlikely that it is a fake.

TWO stock-less ’94s in the possession of the same seller, one fake & the other legit? Seems a rather remarkable coincidence, I think.
I had the same thought, but in this case, the 2nd Carbine is legit. The J.C. ’17 marking is exactly like the other 2-dozen that have been verified, and it is sandwiched right between two other J.C. ’17 marked Spruce guns in the survey (S/Ns 839103 and 839118).
