Because the records of the “orders” do not exist on the older guns the only help the number can do is to scan ledger pages for matching numbers on other guns. Example; in shipment of ten guns. The ledger pages are shipping room records with no addresses. If shipping name or address is in the ledger it would be included on your letter. T/R
