OfflineI was told this is a WWII loading practice round that was repurposed by Winchester as a display piece business could use to promote ammunition sales. I have been digging for a while now and only have found one such dummy round similar but not painted like this at all. Also, it does say stamped in the bottom “Dummy”. It is 33″ long and approx. 4″ in diameter.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
thanks
