Question: Winchester Centennial Sales Item - What is it??|Winchester Memorabilia|Forum|Winchester Collector

Found these in a box with other Winchester items in it at auction. 

I have no idea what this is. 

Light cardboard with two tabs per-cut. 

I thought possibly the tabs allowed the “fobs” to be placed over the trigger guards on forearms, but unlikely. 

Centennial theme – see verbiage.  Black on the rear.
