Thanks for the pictures and response . I have a 86 in 50 Express and I have ammunition in 50-110-300 ( modern loads) . The shells fit fine , but maybe a little loose ? Have always wanted to pull the trigger but have shy. Maybe will give a try, would be great way to take a deer in the future. Thanks

In a “50 Express” what ?  If you are referring to a Model 1886, then Yes you can.

As Bert said these will fire as long as you know the correct load is actually in the cases.  Does the box give any velocity?  If it were me I might be tempted to pull a bullet and reload my own powder.
