I spoke with Pete from Quality Cartridge today to ask about future production of 32-40wcf, 33wcf, & 35 Winchester brass. He said that they were still behind in production from the pandemic days on his mainstay brass. Part of the problem is acquiring materials as the suppliers are still backlogged & production still hasn’t fully ramped up. He did say that they were slowly catching up though. He said that each cartridge run lasts about a month on average & depending on the cartridge a run is about 20,000 – 30,000+ cartridges, some more depending on backorder quantities. He did say that he usually doubles his backordered amounts, but during the pandemic they were being totally sold out in hours & it has been hard to predict how long each run will last until being sold out. He did say that currently he has a large backorder for 32-40wcf & that will be going into production, but he is not sure when. 33Wcf would be sometime after that & he couldn’t give me any indication about 35 Winchester or the anticipated amount of each. I just wanted to pass this along. Bill
