Thanks for heads up!Hard to find Starline brass in Ontario, In smaller quantity.
Kirk, You live in this great province. Where did you get your Starline brass in 45-90?
If I recall correctly, I got it from Buffalo Arms or Track of the Wolf. Here in Ontario you might try Ellwood Epps.
I have tried dacron filler off and on through the years in large cases ,and still havent reached a definite decision ( slight noticeable accuracy benefit). It is controversial, as pressure may rise, perhaps not good in older guns
Since 4198 ignites quite easily and consistently, even in less than half full case , I would suggest to start without it
Cheers
Bruce, I used one sheet of single ply toilet paper loosely folded and rolled and then folded once more to keep the powder toward the back of the case. Probably my best load was 34 grains of IMR 4198 under a 330 grain Gould bullet for 1,562 fps, using a Magnum Winchester Primer and no filler. If you are going to use filler, you will need to reduce your load.
