Thanks Chuck.In Williamson’s book he has a 3031 load for a cast gas checked 250gr bullet at 45grs. @ 2349 feet per sec. That seems a little hot to me. I was thinking a 10% drop in that load and seeing how it shoots. Something like 1900 fps or so. Original ammo seems to have been loaded with 46grs of 3031 with a jacketed 250gr bullet. I’ll have to pick up Venturino’s book, I don’t have that one yet.
