I am trying to figure out how to describe this model 52. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m having a hard time uploading pictures from my android ?

The letter to the right of the ser. no. identifies the particular model it is, unless it’s the first variant which lacks a letter.

Post the serial number and it will tell us when it was made and the probable variation.  These were made from 1919 into the 1950’s.  I don’t think a suffix was added until the mid 1930’s.  The earliest guns will have a finger groove forend.
