Winchester 74 barrel thread size |Winchester .22 Rim Fire|Forum|Winchester Collector

Hello,

I bought a Winchester 74 made in 1942. The previous owner cut the barrel to 19”, don’t know why , but either case am replacing it with the an original 24” barrel. I would like to know what the barrel thread size in case I have to chase the threads after I remove it.
