Hello everyone, so I’ll get right to it. My father-in-law inherited a model 63 and being that he is neither tech savvy or a gun collector I told him I would assist in finding out any info on the rifle that I can. The rifle is used by in excellent condition. The serial # is in the 35xxx so I know it was made in late 1939. I’ve seen some similar rifles on auction for around $1000 but figured I would post here in hopes of some opinions. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and any input is greatly appreciated.
