Can someone please tell me how to figure out what model 22 this is? The only information I can see is the serial number, B1369111,

Hi Curtis,
Welcome, If it is a Winchester the “B” prefix was used on the 100 and 200 series of rifles after 1968 so your rifle could be one of a half-dozen different models so we would need some pictures to be able to assist.
In the vast majority of those, the actual model is marked on the barrel so you might check there first.
