OfflineYour coffee mill is cool as cool can be. The 64,000.00 dollar question. Will it grind fine enough for espresso? Just mildly interesting, the national espresso thing is recent history. A percolator on the stove made the coffee in the USA for many decades, mr coffee brought drip and actually good flavor with it.
I’ve had the same Rancilio espresso machine and grinder for over 20 years now, did the Keurig thing for a year, darn good but mighty pricey cup O joe. The K cups are the worst sort of garbage. Glad I kept my old stuff the Keurig crapped out. I ordered up service parts for my old machine, it’s still manufactured. It is now even better than new. I like to call Starbucks fourbucks, I can make a better Latte at home for about 50 cents. Not good, BETTER. The amount of money some guys spend at Starbucks…lets see 4 bucks multiplied by 365 days. about 1500 bucks buys a heck of a nice equipment group for home. 50 cents a drink after that first year. One of the reasons I am Comfortably retired, I brought my Latte with when I left rather than stopping at Starbucks. 4-5 bucks per day adds up very quickly, besides that it is kinda fun being a home barista.
