Wedge for Lyman 48J|Winchester .22 Rim Fire|Forum|Winchester Collector

Know it’s a long shot, but does anyone have or know who may have a dovetail wedge for a Lyman 48J? I can probably have one made if someone has the blueprint or can provide the measurements.
