Going shooting this AM with my Grandson. He will be using his Ruger 10-22 and I will be using my M47 SS. 50 yards, offhand at filled Aquafina bottles. Of course we will clean them up after they all burst. My M47 is super accurate with 37 Gr. cheapie rounds. Big Larry

Sounds like fun! If I wasn’t working to make money to buy ammo I would drive up and join you.

I really only come to visit your cats, but they can’t buy me lunch so I put up with you and Tom

I don’t know any of the members but I bet most are getting old like me. We all need to take youngsters out and let them shoot some good old guns.
It may be a while before than can afford a high dollar correct winchester, but if they have fun they will be hooked and keep the interest alive.
I think we all tend to be a little snobbish at times and need to remember younger people need to start with a cheap entry into this deal.
Get them shooting.

My Grandson is 51 years old and has been shooting with me ever since he was a small boy. He also went shooting with his Dad, a retired Border Patrol Pilot and Supervisor. He is getting to be a better shot than me. Big Larry

As everyone knows, Jeff is a very busy person. I usually get to see him when he goes up I15 to the Cody show as I live just a few miles from that hwy. He lives about 200 miles from me. He has been to my house, but with little time to go shooting. I really value my time with him as he is a smart, good looking, gentleman. You too Bill, are invited to come here. My dealing with you, was nothing short of amazing and I thank you for that. Big Larry
