The receiver is threaded .640 x 24 UNS-2B for the barrel. I doubt if you can easily find a tap in that size and if you have a custom tap made it will be pricey.
You can chuck the receiver in a lathe and chase them out by lightly re-cutting them. Any good machine shop can do that if you give them the above specs.
