Hello all,

This is a Model 61 octagon barrel, .22 LR only configuration (SN 9044) which sold at RIA in June https://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/1031/4731/two-winchester-slide-action-rifles as part of a 2 gun lot that hammered at $1495.  So put a value on it at $950 since it is the OB and the other rifle was a standard configuration at lower condition.  The rifle now shows up on GB out of Kearney NE with an opening bid of $3000 in a “no reserve” auction!!   https://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/1031/4731/two-winchester-slide-action-rifles

“Wow” is right but you never know. Personally I think he bought it right and can easily make a decent profit well short of his asking price. Did you see the scope mount holes on the left side if the second rifle?
