I have this redfield Olympic peep sight with adjustability iris.

Does anyone know when it was made?

Robert, according to the Stroebel “Old Gunsights” book, the “Olympic” sight was introduced in the early 1940s.  I wasn’t able to date the iris, as there were several different models available at different times.  RDB
