I recently purchased an 1890, 3rd generation rimfire, ser.#6382XX. I believe it was manufactured in 1919.  It is in excellent condition and is chambered in 22 Short.

I have several bricks of Aguila Super Xtra Short, copper plated rimfire ammo.  Muzzle velocity for this product is approx. 1090fps. I would like to shoot these rounds from my gun and would appreciate any info. you may have re use of these rounds in this gun. Thank you in advance.

If they will feed through the action properly, there is no reason why you cannot shoot them.
