M72A Stock ~ Checkered? Deluxe?|Winchester .22 Rim Fire|Forum|Winchester Collector

I have received a question about a M72A with “factory checkered stock, plated and grooved”…I’m not that well researched with non-lever Wins, especially .22 models. I’m not finding anything about a standard M72A having a Deluxe stock. Were those available as a special order? Will the M75 stock fit the M72A? Anyone have a M72A with Deluxe stock, and grooved receiver?
