It’s that time of year… the 2024 Cody show is just a month away. Last year was my first… had a great time seeing so many great guns and connecting with people from the forum. So who’s coming? Will you have a table(s)? What are you bringing to show off, sell or trade? I have several items to deliver … Will you be looking for anything specific? Whatever you do, come and expect a good time! I’ll be there. The only thing I am bringing is an airline approved gun case. My friend JK Olson has tables just across from Jessi.

I will be there, and on my table will be a mini display of Winchester (Browning) shotguns (including a Single Shot 20-ga high-wall). Not looking to sell anything, but always on the look-out for stuff to add to the collection.

We will be there of course! Our 26th consecutive year. Three tables with lots of stuff never before offered. Winchesters, Springfields, Krags, books and Colts.

Bring money. Lots of money. I’ll have guns for sale and tornado damage to pay for. Or I may bring some display Model 12’s to complement Bert’s JMB designed shotguns. Or maybe some souvenir shingles and siding from a genuine Texas Tornado. Haven’t heard from the body shop where my car was taken so don’t ask what I’m driving.

That’s exactly what I’m trying NOT to do! Unfortunately the credit card works its way out of the wallet just as easy so it doesn’t help leaving the cash at home!
Now if you autograph one of the siding chunks or a shingle and you may have something there…

I like my little Edge but the 4Runner has been very useful. Rain and equipment and fire trucks tore up my driveway so first order of business may be to rebuild my driveway. Edge is pretty fancy but that may also make it impractical to repair. I’ll figure out something, may be time for something different. I’ll get there somehow.
How many siding chunks do you want, Jeremy? I don’t have a pen that will let me autograph a shingle.

Mark and others, I INTEND to be there again. Two tables, but not sure what will be on them. Mostly eye candy for folks to appreciate. Am thinking mostly 1873’s. However, I am in the process of healing my right knee which I messed up in January. So far still trying to get it fully diagnosed by an ortho surgeon. If surgery is indeed necessary, I hope to put it off until after Cody. Tim

Tim… last year you brought me a sight disc for a long range graduated sight… this year, I finally have something for you. My tables are in the same location… hobble over when you can. (My sympathies, as my knees are in the same condition…) Ben
