75 Sporter hood...

From what I can gather…the correct hood is 3278-(bm)..Is there any way to tell the right one…from a Model 70 or a 94..and..I need one….thanks..JV..

Correct me if I am wrong; it seems to me the sight base and milled sight cover slots are wider on 94 carbine sights than the base and slots milled in the model 70 sights.
I have also noticed the difference in width (gap), when you examine the sight cover slots. Anyone else notice this? RDB
