I made a bunch of these one time for display for the jr members of our gun club so they would be familiar with some of the more common .22 rim fire cartridges.

Anyone know if there is confirmed DOM data for the 9422. Any of the serial number data I’ve viewed is all over the map.

Nice display. Pretty soon the “longs” won’t be on the list of common .22 cartridges. It’s getting harder and harder to find them.

Sportsmans Whse. usually has them in stock. They will order them for you. Last time they got a big order, I salted away about 2,000 rds. for my M1890 although I rarely shoot it. Big Larry

I remember in my younger days I bought some “Longs” because they were a few pennies cheaper than “Long Rifle”. These days I wonder if top shelf target ammo would be more accurate in “long” cases and chambers than “long rifle”.
