Good afternoon, my question is on an 1890, was the muzzle end of the rifle blued like the flats? I saw a 95% or better gun but the end of the barrel was white? thanls!

Winchester did not blue the muzzle face on any of the Model 1890 octagon rifle barrels. If you find one that is blued, it has been refinished.
