OfflineHello all..
Looking for a little information on this carbine. Date manufactured? Sn# 72xxx with B stamp on lower tang. Caliber in 30 Army (30-40 krag). 22″ barrel in what I believe to be original finish & wood. What do the experts have to say? Looking for aprox. value of this carbine too. Found a cleaning pull thru cord and a FA 1907 brass in the buttstock after purchase. Nice bonus I think. Thanks

Based on what I see in the pictures, your Model 1895 SRC appears to be 100% factory original and in decent graded condition. The 30 U.S. (30 Army) is the most common caliber for the Model 1895 SRCs, accordingly, there is no associated premium for them in the collector market. That stated, your SRC should be worth $2K or something close to that number.
