Yup, been to that big box store, “oh, wait, we can’t fill out the 4473 since there is nothing to fill in the blank, can’t sell it, sorry”.
But, I gave you my FFL, you don’t even need to fill out a 4473….
“Yes we do, it is company policy”

Yes, have even filled out 4473’s on antiques. I don’t even mention my FFL with stores in Texas, just go along with their procedure.
