Well, new to me. Found this old 32-20 Model 92 SRC this weekend and had to have it. Not real pretty but honest all the way around from what I can tell. Shiny bore shoots very nicely. The carrier is hanging a little so I need to disassemble it tomorrow and do a good assessment. The closest I could get on a date for it was 1923 according to the 917610 serial number. Overall, Im pleased with it. I like nice shooter grade examples and this one fits the bill. Here are some pictures. Thanks, Cliff

Good morning Cliff,

Receiver SN 917510 (you mistakenly typed 610) was actually serialized during 1921.  With the exception of the missing sling ring the rifle is definitely all original and unmessed with.  All of the stamp styles and locations are correct for the SN range.  And it’s a new rifle for my survey!  Thanks.

Very nice! Model 92 SRC’s in 32 W.C.F. are pretty hard to find.
