Hope you guys and gals enjoy !
First up is my new old Winchester 1873 made in 1877 so it’s a first model.
I have the original 73 hammer but the notch is broken so going to get that fixed and put back in.The hammer in it now is one from Mike Hunter and works great !.Has original rear sites but I still need a front.
The Cody letter says serial # application date not available.

Next up is my old new Winchester model 1886 in 45-70.Up in Canada here it’s hard to find a good smith to do work and this rifle has been about 11 yrs in the making.Nothing special.Built the way I want it.
3/4 mag with button mag cap with long screw no lip
(button mag tube cap not on in pic)
Sling swivels
20" barrel
Shotgun butstock
Standard front and rear hunting sites
The barrels pretty heavy so I don’t know if I’ll be doing much dogging with this girl but it’ll be a heavy hitting for sure !.The first 2 pic are what it started out as when I bought it so it’s came a long way for sure.
Serial # 80059

Very nice first model ’73! Looks like you did an excellent job on that ’86 build.
