Hi everyone, I’ve been reading this forum for a few months and have finally joined. I’m a young (24) collector that started with S&Ws and have now moved into Winchesters, as well as Mausers. Luckily I’ve met some very helpful and knowledgeable Winchester collectors in central Indiana who have assisted me and aided the obsession. Currently I have a second model 73, 28" bbl, 44-40, made 1880; and a 1895 .405, 24", left July 1904, with Lyman 38 sight. I’d like to get a 1886 45-70, as that is my favorite winchester model and caliber.
I’m active on the S&W forum and have recently joined the OGCA, as well as NRA life member. I have enjoyed learning from the vast array of knowledge on this forum and hopefully I can contribute.
