I wanted to get this on everyone’s radar. There are a plethora of Winchesters in this sale. The actual catalog will be published shortly but the inventory list can be found at the link. This comes from me for 2 reasons:
1 – Share the inventory and sale with everyone – advertise the sale
2 – More importantly I’d love feedback of the catalog (photos, descriptions, etc) and how to be better.
Existing members know me as a new member, Spring of 2025, who joined to learn. I want to better understand collectible Winchesters, what makes them valuable, how to accurately communicate what they are, etc. I am new to the collector world but by profession manage firearm operations for KIKO. Feel free to message me with any advice on how to create more appealing events, better represent consigned firearms, and/or help with any questions.
There’s approx 200 firearms in this sale, a good portion being Winchesters – model 12s, 97s, 37s, 42s, 90s, 06s and also some more modern models.

I am not seeing an actual “list” of firearms. A useable list should be by Lot#, and contain all of the pertinent details for each firearm. This is a good example of how to create a list – 8/24/2025 Archives – Redding Auction Services

See that’s great feedback! Historically, Kiko publishes a list by simple Manufacturer and Model with a link to the actual catalog to preview that has details and photos, viewable even before the sale opens. I think part of the thought there is, with a large sale there would be a lot of redundancy between a list by lot and then also the catalog. I’ll think on this and see where there could be a happy medium?
As mentioned, I’m working through getting the catalog pushed to public. That will just embed at the link above.

Chad, what I saw supports what Bert said. Your listing as shown reminds me of the local farm yard auctions we used to have advertised in the local paper. Just enough to tease and get folks to go to the farm yard to look. In today’s ‘online only’ auctions you need a good catalog in sequence and with good photos plus a trusted description to let potential bidders know what they are really bidding on. Condition seems to be the main driving force now. The detailed descriptions with very good photos costs plenty to produce, but pays dividends in the long run. Tim

Here’s a good representation of a lot within the actual catalog. I think I probably created the thread prematurely..haha
