I am looking for anyone who can or knows the best person to restore a model 1892 Winchester 25-20.
Please email me at [email protected]
Thanks,
Dave

The advise I would give you is there are many different people doing restoration but it depends on what you want to spend and how nice you want it to look. If you do it on the cheap you will get what you pay for. So the more money you spend the better it will look generally but not always. Once you decide what you want to spend and pick someone to do it, you want to see examples of their work. I would guess you could spend several thousands of dollars on a restoration depend on what you have to start with. If it requires new wood and a barrel you will be higher. If its just a refinish and no metal work is required it will be cheaper.
