What is the thread size and pitch for the finger lever pin screw on a Winchester 1885 low wall? The screw location on the receiver is gummed up with dried oil and dirt. I want to chase the threads and install a new screw (the rifle does not have one, it is long gone).

The lever pin set screw is 6-48 and .19L

Finally got around to chasing the screw hole, very dirty, but got it cleaned out. Now for the next question. What is the thread size and pitch for the 1885 low wall tang sight plug screw? Mine is missing and want to chase those threads and install a replacement screw. Thanks in advance.

6-48, same as it is on all of the other Winchester models.
