Just received one from Homestead Parts that doesn’t look quite right, but I have no original with which to compare it.  Diameter of wire is .167″, diameter of ring, 1-1/16″.  Is that what it should be?

That is real close to what they are. I have .170″ and 1.050″ on a first model 73.

Thanks, Bob.  Didn’t want to go to the trouble of putting it on if it wasn’t an accurate repro.  Must still “antique it” as well as I can. Wish I could find an original.

Clarence,

A guy had 3 for sale on EBAY, all originals—take your pick. That was 2 days ago. I was looking under “Winchester 1894”

Thanks, Erin, but there’s 356 listings under that search!  Lots of NEW rings & studs, but when I searched previously, found no originals.

If one refines the search to Winchester 1894 saddle rings there are only four listings. Thad said the three original saddle rings and studs sold for $180.00.
