Sorry with my original post, Bert. It is a Winchester Model 94 High Grade Centennial from 1994.

I do not know where you might find a copy of the documentation that came with your Model 94 Limited Edition 1994 Centennial. There were only 1,200 of them manufactured, and I suspect most (if not all) of them are locked up in collections, with whereabouts unknown. The company that made your commemorative ceased to exist in March, 2006.
