I am the recent proud owner of a nice 1950s-vintage 12-gauge Model 50 Deluxe Trap Gun. It is in need of a couple of “fixes” that were apparently not implemented before the gun was assembled and sold. Both issues involve the way the buttstock is fastened to the receiver.
I picked up a book/pamphlet on eBay that contains reprints of “Critical Service Bulletins” – but not all of them. Here’s an example: “Stocks Loosening on Frame – …This…could be corrected by packing on side of tenon. Pages 21J, 22, 23, 25, 26”
I’m not sure where to find the pages referred to – I’m guessing they were in a manual or other bulletin.
Just not sure where to go for further reference material.
TIA,
Tom
