Model 71 trigger spring|Restoration, Repair and Maintenance|Forum|Winchester Collector

Hi all,

Having some issues with my M71 – I had the barrel replaced because I bought it with a ringed barrel (cheap)…now I’m getting case head separation. Thinking my smith messed up.

Anyways I tore the rifle down to remove the extractor and ejector for the Go/ No go gauges and I found my trigger spring was in two pieces. Will the browning trigger spring work?
