OfflineI recently acquired what appears to be a very original Model 1887 12G shotgun with serial # 45729. Turns out the left side frame screw that provides the pivot point for the carrier is stripped and needs to be replaced. Thankfully the threads in the receiver are ok. I have not been able to locate a good parts schematic for the original model 1887 to pull a part description.
– Can any WACA members out there provide me with a part description or better yet, a schematic for this model?
– Any ideas on a supplier for this part? Preferably a used screw that would better match the patina of this great old gun.
Thanks in advance,
Jim
