OfflineRecently a friend of mine got a 40-82 octagon in the gun shop. I’d spoke for it, but when I ran a dummy round through it, we noticed the ejector is broken. I’ve looked everywhere on Internet with no luck. Would anyone possibly have an 1886 Ejector I could purchase? I would be extremely grateful. -Jeff

Good point, and thanks for the reply! Hopefully someone will stumble across this and have one. At this point I’m starting to wonder if there are any ejectors out there at all😅

I would try John Madl. He wrote a book on 86’s and believe he works on them. Or our own Mark Douglas at Wyoming Armory. Both are true gentlemen.

Would you happen to know how to contact John? From the looks of his last login, it was 2014 on his last login. Not sure how else to make contact?

OnlineOops, thought Homestead had it. If you’ll let them know you need one they’ll send an email when they get one.Â
