Golden Spike Build|Restoration, Repair and Maintenance|Forum|Winchester Collector

I recently acquired a Golden Spike receiver and I want to build it out to a full gun. I’m pretty sure I’m looking at the right action parts but for barrels I’m a little lost. Obviously a 30-30 barrel would be pretty easy to source but I’m seriously considering going with a 356 mag barrel. 

How hard would it be to go with a 357 over a 30-30?
