Picked up a 92 for a reasonable cost. Metal good ~75% but the butt-stock and fore-stock are heavily oil (and who knows what) stained. Want to get some better wood. Butt stock is straight forward on which will fit my 92. Fore stock not so much. Here are the questions.
What fore stocks will fit a 92, 38-40 , with a octagon barrel?
Will a fore stock from a 94 , large caliber , off a round barrel fit the 92 with an octagon barrel?
What is the difference between a fore stock for a round barrel and an octagon barrel on the 92?
Have at it 92 guys……
Thanks
Kirk
