In my personal opinion, $800 for it would be a real stretch. The caliber is not helping it any, nor is the relatively late manufacture date.

I would agree that the $1600 wish is going to be hard to get to. Could you send me the serial number and some detail photos or the rifle? I would like yo add it into a survey I am conducting and might be able to give you more information on the rifle.
