Hello I recently purchased a 43 in 22 hornet, for an off season project.  I have many other winchester stocks and wanted to know if with a little craftsmanship if another stock would work?  Is rather use one I’ve already got rather than buying a aftermarket one like a boyd or something and spend 200$and it still needs work.

Pete,

I do not know if any other Winchester stock is interchangeable or not, but the Model 69/69A is a near clone to the Model 43.
