Offlinecould somebody tell me if the spring on the lifter lever is suppose to be tight enough that the lever pushed the carrier in the up position? this is on a model 1890 22wrf.
I noticed the carrier comes up but as soon as the bolt moves forward the carrier drops. I pulled the back half out and noticed the carrier just sits in the down position and the end of the spring doesnt touch the lever. thanks. jim
