I get a notice that says “Upgrade in progress. Forum should be working by 5:30 am UTC”. Everything but the Forum seems to be ok.

If you were able to post the message above, you are logged in to the forum! You cannot post a message without being logged in. Additionally, I see in the member status that you are logged in.

Something weird going on – I can log-in using my laptop or phone and get access to the Forum – obviously am on there now! When I go into the WACA site on my desk top computer I am able to log in and have access to everything but the Forum – when I click on Forum I just get the upgrade in progress notice.
Bert – I am able to log-in and use the various features like store/resources/publications normally. But, when I click on Forum it logs me out and I get the upgrade in progress notice.

Restart your desk top computer (shut it completely down and then turn it back on).

Bert – I have tried both the re-start and shut down several times with no success. I am able to log-in to the WACA site and use all features but when I click on Forum I immediately get logged out and the upgrade in progress notice pops up. Otherwise, the computer is having no problems with either internet or mail. However, as I am doing to send this, I am able to access and use the Forum without a problem using a laptop.
When I got on the site yesterday the whole format has changed. Is that part of the upgrade?
Bert – I sent a short video to you on your private e-mail showing what happens when I try to access the Forum. Basically, I can get into the WACA site and log-in. I can then navigate any feature of the site except the Forum – when I click on Forum I get automatically logged out and the upgrade in progress notification.

You most likely need to clear all of your browser history on your desk top PC.

Bert – all cookies and browsing history have been deleted – made no difference – still cannot access the Forum – I am able to access and use all features on the WACA site except the Forum. Hopefully you got the short video I e-mailed you which shows what happens after I log-in and try to access the Forum. I am stumped.

Yes it is.
It’s going to take awhile to get used to this!!! At least it let me close out some Forums that would never clear on their own for some reason.
Had to try several time to add this post??
Bert – the problem on my desk top computer is fixed – clearing the cookies and browsing history did not make a difference – clearing the browsing data fixed it. Thanks for the help.
