I log in every morning and look through the Unread and recently updated topics section. If I am looking at a thread, and go out to look at something else, when I come back, the thread I was looking at is gone. This has been going on forever and I just wonder why that has to be that way. Maybe there is something I need to do or change a setting. Pls advise. Thanks, Peter

Peter,

It is doing what its suppose to do. It disappeared since you have looked at it and it is now considered read and only the unread topics will be listed. They will only show back up on that list is when someone posts to that thread.

I see someone changed it so the thread DOES NOT disappear now after you read it…thank you! I like that a lot better. Peter

And now it has been changed back to the old way where the thread disappears once you click on it, whether you get to read it or not. Not trying to start an argument or create bad vibes, but I would think most of us are capable of decision making in that area verses someone doing it for us. SmilePeter
